Refund/ Cancellation Policy
We accept refunds or exchanges for unused items returned in original condition and packaging, when the product is received and inspected within 7 days of purchase. Any return missing items, or containing damaged items will be subject to a restocking fee, up to 15%.
Refunds are not issued at the time of RMA# issuance.
For all approved refunds, the cost of the item and the amount paid for shipping your order to you will be refunded (a 15% restocking fee may apply).
We are not responsible for any error during transit caused by the shipping carrier. If the shipping carrier agrees to a refund we will process the refund based upon their decision.
